Champion OS is designed specifically for youth development and education. All student data is handled in compliance with FERPA and applicable child online privacy laws. Organizations using Champion OS are responsible for obtaining proper consent and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Champion OS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to the fitness for a particular purpose or the accuracy of information.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Champion OS or Mindset of Champions be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service or any related content.
Data Portability
Organizations and students can export their data in the CHAMPION Standard format at any time, ensuring data portability and preventing vendor lock-in.
Changes to Terms
Champion OS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the service.
